We process your data for this purpose:

The "Hako Service." app offers you the option of remote visual support and online technical training.

Visual Support: Support for service technicians and customers using video transmission from the recipient to the expert

Online training lessons: Time- and location-independent, technical training for service technicians for independent implementation

Live online training: Location-independent, technical training for service technicians via a live stream

We process the following data (data categories) from you:

• Name(s)
• Contact details (telephone, e-mail or other)
• User IDs and passwords
• IP address
• Selected language of the user interface
• Platform information of active logins
• Individually uploaded images/videos/documents in the user- specific file manager

Additionally for the online training lessons:

• Creation time of lesson content
• Assignment status of content
• Progress when performing content with last access

Additionally for visual support and live online training:

• Start and end time of the session
• Participation (e.g. in the form of chat messages) as creator or participant
• Image and video data
• Content from session chat
• Participation as creator and participant for past and planned meetings

We pass on your data to the following recipients/recipient categories:

Users are created and deleted manually by the administrators of the application.
